Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of the SMG NZ$1000 Pre-Launch Giveaway (“Promotion”) is [ SMG NEW ZEALAND LIMITED], trading as SMG (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees and contractors directly involved in administering the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 28/09/2026 and closes at 5pm 28/10/2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
1. Visit SMGSHOP.CO during the Promotion Period.
2. Enter a valid email address using the giveaway entry form.
3. Submit the entry.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
Limit one entry per person.
5. Prize
There is one prize. The winner may choose either:
Option A: NZ$1000 worth of available SMG merchandise
OR
Option B: NZ$1000 cash.
The maximum total prize value is NZ$1000.
If the winner chooses SMG merchandise, product selection, sizes and availability are subject to the stock available at the time the prize is redeemed.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 11/10/2026.
The draw will be conducted by or on behalf of the Promoter.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
SMG will never require the winner to pay money or provide payment details to claim the prize.
8. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days.
If the winner does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot reasonably be contacted, the Promoter may conduct another random draw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.
9. Entry Verification
The Promoter may reasonably request information necessary to verify an entrant’s identity, New Zealand residency and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
10. Marketing Communications
By joining the SMG Community through the giveaway entry form, entrants consent to receiving SMG news, product drops, offers, giveaways and promotional emails.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in SMG marketing emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing after a valid giveaway entry has been submitted will not invalidate the giveaway entry.
11. Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use personal information supplied by entrants for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and, where consent has been provided, sending SMG marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with SMG’s Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Entrants may contact the Promoter at info@smgshop.co regarding their personal information.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter will not materially change the conditions of the Promotion after it begins except where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promotion from operating as intended, the Promoter may take reasonable steps to address those circumstances, subject to applicable law.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
