RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Eligibility:
Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Please include all required information for your returns to be processed as soon as possible. Not including these details will cause further delay of processing times.

Required Information:
Please include the following with your return:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return/exchange

Condition of Return:

  • Items must be unworn and in resalable condition.
  • All original packaging must be included.
  • No dust, fluff, or perfume/cologne on items.
  • Returns without original packaging will be denied.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days for your returns to be processed once it is received.

Refund Policy:
Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable, as these are third-party costs incurred during the delivery process. 

Discounted items:
Discounted items are not eligible for refunds - only exchanges or store credit will be offered. There are no refunds or partial refunds for full-priced items if they go on sale after the purchase.

Shipping and Proof:
Please keep your receipt as proof of return. We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
