International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Australia. Shipping rates and delivery
times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Please note that
custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost
or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at
support@smgshop.co so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We are not
responsible for lost or damaged goods once the package is in the hands of the
carrier, but we will work with you to find a solution.
